In 2023 alone, you helped us make the following possible:
- Over 36 active research projects currently underway. These projects span various aspects of medical research, and each one holds the potential to make a significant impact in advancing our understanding of ME/CFS and Long COVID.
- Medical education that is increasing awareness, improving diagnosis, and fostering a more empathetic approach towards those suffering from these conditions. Through our Medical Education Resource Center (MERC), in partnership with Bateman Horne Center, we have already reached thousands of healthcare providers.
- OMF’s StudyME Registry: A global participant registry. OMF’s StudyME Registry is a recruitment tool to connect individuals interested in participating in research studies of ME/CFS and Long COVID with the researchers conducting them.
- Clinical Trials: We are launching our first clinical trial, The Life Improvement Trial (LIFT). This trial will help us gather critical data on treatment responses and lay the groundwork for a robust clinical trial infrastructure for additional clinical trials in the coming years.
